Bought a Timecutter MyRide Zero turn brand new now with less than 7 hours on it and already regretting owning a Toro. Both the dealer and Toro have zero interest in helping me find the part they shipped to me that never arrived, or why the broken mower parts arent under warranty after this short of time, or why I have a $4000 non running brand new mower with no one remotely interested in helping. This NEVER happened with my John Deere. Dealer told me to come park it on his lot and hell get to it 4-6 weeks. Toro said its not our problem the parts you ordered never came.. wow. Horrible experience.

Toro's newly remodeled headquarters, still undergoing remodeling, is a state-of-the-art engineering and technology facility. It includes many of the amenities of a Silicon Valley company in the heart of Bloomington. The organization is a mix of experience with newly minted engineering know-how from local universities resulting in the most innovative of designs in the industry.
