Jaymie, I'm sorry you are not pleased. We took time to discuss your project and set everything up to complete your order. In our normal line of questioning a time frame for completion was asked. It was then that you informed us you wanted to wait in store for completion. With our work load, our daily activities are planned out in advanced so we were not able to print while you wait. We pride ourselves on quality work at a good price with reasonable turnarounds.

Michael, Surely nobody laughed at you. Our posted hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5. Normal lead time (in this day and age) is about 2 weeks. Inquiring on a Friday for 1 custom shirt completed by Sunday is something we cannot accommodate. Posting a 1 star review does not seem reasonable considering the situation.

Excellent service and quality. They always beat their promised delivery date. I order 30+ custom shirts every 5 years and the helpful service and quality is always excellent! This year, I also ordered 36 custom stainless steel cooler cups which turned out great.

If Imprints Littleton is only going to help with large bulk orders, their website should be more specific. I went in to get 2 backpacks embroidered and was turned away by a rude sales person at the front desk.
