Just like most shoe stores we have a strict policy against returning boots that have been worn off of carpet. This prevents you and other customers from purchasing boots that have obviously been worn. The boots you returned were obviously worn off of carpet and we still returned them as a courtesy to you. We simply reiterated our return policy and explained that we wont be able to do the same if the next pair is worn off of carpet like the ones you returned. At the end, we still retuned them as you requested as a courtesy to you.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the gentleman with a goatee. Accused my wife of lying about whether boots had been worn and didnt want to accept a return. Purchased 2 days ago and still had the tags on them. Boot Barn here we come! As I said, they had not been worn off carpet or even on carpet for that matter. They were returned exactly as purchased. And please dont say you did anything as a courtesy. You have a thirty day return policy and your sales rep was anything but courteous. Flat out RUDE! Dont piss down my back and tell me its raining. Hey Tisha! Thank you for the feedback! Since we are still in the midst of a global pandemic a lot of our distributors are still having trouble getting product to us. This is not only an annoyance to our customers but very frustrating for us, since we are still recovering from the shut downs. We are working hard to stock our shelves and provide our customers with the product they want. So we apologize for the lack of inventory at the moment. When it comes to our prices we are very active in comparing ours to the competition. We make sure we are offering the best prices we can as a small family owned business. Although, you may be referring to the high end boots we carry that most of our competitors don't. This could easily give the impression that our boots may be at a high price which some refer to as 'Overpriced" but there is a difference.
