Unprofessional optometrist. Booked an appointment 6 weeks ago via phone, showed up to my appointment and was told I was not in the system. Fair warning to anyone not wanting their time wasted.
Dr. Cheng and the entire staff at Professional Visioncare are awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye care. The staff (Angel and Cindy) are very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Chengs exam was thorough and he answered every question I had - Dr. Cheng is also fun and relaxed. All in all, 10/10 experience here!
Have been coming here for almost a decade. Great all around experience from Dr. Cheng to his entire staff. We moved down to the South Bay 5 years ago but continue to make the drive up once a year. Highly recommend!
