YOU DO NOT WANT TO ORDER BOXES FROM THIS COMPANY They quoted us for the cardboard box and cardboard insert but instead provided us with art-card box where the card is suitable only for business cards. We are not the experts in packaging materials so we trusted our extensive description of a product , its purpose and the potential value order from major retailer in the UK will be taken seriously and with suitable professionalism. We have received a feedback on the packaging and also the photo of that had happened during the delivery. Mind you - this box was delivered with next day delivery in extra packaging and bubble wrap inside the box. The prospective client didn't want to discuss the 15,000 units order based on the packaging of the product. We also offered to All Custom Boxes our personal visit to make sure the packaging is suitable and will withstand the expected order. It was declined. See the attached photo for the review of what cowboys the Online Custom Boxes are. They might be good for pizza boxes, not the product of a significant value. So if you care about your reputation as a company, STAY AWAY....

Hello Bartek (No More Pimple) We are really sorry for inconvenience. You were expecting rigid boxes but as prices were high for you so you went for cardboard option which we delivered before time. Now you have to understand this that sometimes product can get damaged during transit and same was the case here. We instantly reprint and ship you newly printed boxes, without charging anything for reprinting or shipping. We are registered in the UK, Canada and Pakistan and in our emails it was clearly mentioned that it will be us who shall decide that from where you will get your boxes. We clearly mentioned that there won't be any additional or hidden costs so deal was for 495 (Including Shipping) and we didn't charge you a single penny above that not even for reprinting and shipping, please correct us if you pay anything above 495 even for reprinting or reshipping. 150 shipping was included in 495 and you didn't pay anything above that so its not true that there were any hidden charges. Your retailer didn't like the boxes as they were not designed by us, it was your design and we deliver what we were supposed to deliver. There wasn't any problem in cardboard stock, size, lamination or printing as per your emails. Still we are sorry for your bad experience.

Wasted money and time. The product meant to be perfect for the purpose. As a client we expressed our needs and where the product is being sent for review. We paid 500 GBP for 5 boxes. Received just 4, out of which 2 were completely damaged. Before placing the order we asked if the product is made in UK - we were to ld yes. But our boxes were shipped from Pakistan!! Cost - additional 150GBP. And they say on the website no hidden costs. We have used reviews and good online chat service for a good prognosis for quality product. But the good and instant contact is the only good thing the company was able to offer to us. We had sent our product to the retailer as it was our deadline - and the response on the packaging: unprofessional. Don't recommend.

After looking for hours on the internet, I finally decided to get my products printed from All custom boxes UK. I am glad by my decision because the products are exactly as I expected them to be. The quality of the boxes is amazing, and the dyes look premium too. Ill definitely be back to order for more.
