Were sorry you didnt like them. You were told when you dropped them off that your artwork would print exactly as presented. Looking at your art now, they did print exactly as presented. Dark objects with a transparent effect added on top of a dark background will not stand out, but thats something that needed to be addressed with the artist, not the printer. That was explained when you dropped them off and we stand behind our work. Wed be more than happy to print them with a lighter background as weve stated prior, but unfortunately we cant do it at no cost to you due to the costs of materials and labor.

I requested shirts made with some pictures. When I got them back they were awful. The background on the photos blended with the color of the shirt. When I asked if it could be redone I was told I would have to pay the total price again. If this is their expertise I would have expected for someone to call me and explain how the shirt would turn out after doing the mock up and give me their professional recommendation to make shirt turn out better.
