Probably a very nice product, but was sold the wrong item, and the manager wanted to have an argument with me rather than just swap it for the right one. Think I'll go back to using Jo Malone, much less hassle.

The perfumes are fabulous but after visiting the shop at least three times, Im not sure Im keen on returning. There is undoubtedly an unwelcoming vibe and awkward interaction with the sales team.

Customer service appalling - also no return policy even when sold a gift voucher and overpriced - scents are as disappointing as the staff in the shop
