I called twice for a follow-up appointment and both times no one picked up. The second time I called I received a text from the office apologizing that no one was able to pick up and, through text, asked what could they assist me with. Very odd. Ive never had a doctors office text me. When I told them it was for a follow-up with Dr Matsukado the person replied back that she was out of the office and someone would call me back the following day to schedule the appointment. No call back. I called two days later and was told someone would call me back to schedule the appointment. AGAIN, no call back. HORRIBLE place of business and I will NEVER return.

I did not like the front desk. They didnt acknowledge me at all when I walked in. They just sat there having a conversation. And same thing after I saw the dr. The technician said to have a seat and they will call me to check out. They were too busy talking to help me check out. I understand there is training involve. But I was really crunch on time. Its like my time is not valued. The only people that I actually like were great and helpful were optician who adjusted my glasses and the dr. I prefer to go to the Lutz location. But honestly not sure if me or my family will be back. Also find frustrating that the prescription for glasses is for 1 year when everywhere else is 2 especially if my prescription hasnt changed in years. Also the prices are outrageous. Go somewhere else to buy your glasses or contacts! Update: They contacted me and apologized, but that not going to change my mind. My entire family is done.

I have been coming here for a long time. I have always received great care and customer service was always great. The last time I was there, I felt as if the technician was rushing me out as fast as she could! My contacts were supposed to sit for 20 min. 10 min later she tells me it has been long enough. I knew something about the vision wasnt right..but she insisted in a few days it would be..I received a call today telling me they were the wrong lenses. There is no email to contact a manager, so I am leaving this review!!!
