The doctor that saw my family member was in a rush and did not properly examine the patient. Dr Kamenini looked only interested in patients money and not patient.

Called to try to make an appointment and recording said to leave name and number and they would get back with me. Well they never did, I called the next day and said I left my name and number the day before and they never got back with me, the person on the phone laughed. My doctor is very good but they need to do something with the front help.

Everyone that I have dealt with at the Lagrange/Howe office are amazing! Starting with the receptionist when you first walk in, to FNP Stefanie Shire and last but not least... Dr. S. Kashyap. Hands down,, they have been the most knowledgeable, thorough & caring professionals that I have ever went to... I am very thankful to be their patient.

Stephanie Shire is the only good thing about this place. She's kind and caring and always tried to help me when she could. But the other nurse I got here was terrible. She convinced me my symptoms were all in my mind. Turns out, I learned from a different doctor that i have a severe ear infection that was causing my major issues. She wouldn't even check my ears or throat. Terrible service, they never return calls when they're important, and you can never get through to a nurse when you need one. I suggest finding a different place to go.
