Very disappointed with their service. The information on their website is irrelevant to what I have been told over the phone. The woman who I have talked to was very rude. The better service you will get from UPS, then from them.

Great service. Their website provides online ordering and confirmation (the form was a bit glitchy but just persevere), clear pricing, and they accept larger parcels than most PL-UK couriers as 'standard' size. I arranged collection of my three boxes in Poland on a Thursday, and the following Monday (a public holiday) they were delivered in London.
