We regret that Mr. Cunningham has a bad experience with us. We have reached out to the customer and informed him that the order had been cancelled by accident. After realizing the error we offered to give him the item free of charge as an apology. He has declined to respond. Unfortunately we are not perfect and upon occasion mistakes happen. Nevertheless we hold ourselves to a very high standard and will make sure this does not happen again.

Horrible company - avoid ON LINE SALES! I ordered a very expensive saucer. It never arrived -- they told me it would be sent in a few days-- then they cancelled the order and NEVER TOLD ME! THE WORST !!!!!!

They do bait and switches with products! They lie and trick you to take off bad reviews by offering products and then they dont follow through! I dont recommend! Dont buy from them.
