Clubflyers has very poor customer service and is involved in deceptive trade practices specially "bait and switch" which is illegal in Florida according to the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. I will soon report ClubFlyers to the city of Miami and the Better Business Bureau. They first advertised "FREE business cards with FREE local pick-up" but when I tried to order online, payment would not go thru. I called office only for them to ask me to pay $5 per order for local pick-up. I paid the local pick-up fees for 18 business cards with the advertised 10 business days turnaround but after 2 weeks I called only for them to say they have too many paid orders to fulfil so I should pay simply regular price for my orders if I don't want to wait anymore and they couldn't guarantee any turnaround time for "Free business cards" because they have to give priority to the other people that are paying regular price. They asked me to call back next week to see if they can print the orders. So basically they advertised "FREE BUSINESS CARDS" only to offer their service at full price after making you wait a long time for your order.
We placed order for a business cards and paid extra for a 3 day pick up, placed order January 23rd and never receive any email notification that the items are ready for pick up. Called Club flyers January 31st and spoke to Stefano, after he checked the order number he told me that " we sent you email yesterday and we were just behind 1 day". I told him we paid extra for the 3 day pick up because we needed it, I told him because we did not get the item as scheduled it is just fair that Club flyers should refund the extra fee we paid..he told me "My manager is not around I have to wait for him and see what we can do for you...I will call you back as soon as he comes in. I waited the whole day NO CALL from Stefano. Because we needed the items my boss decided to pick up the card in their office in Miami and to his dismay when he check the card the sides are not properly cut. Very disappointed they used to be very good with pick up schedule and deliver top quality business cards. Too bad they will loose our company's business!

We are trying to check our order status that was placed weeks ago but I have not been able to speak to anyone and I have been on hold for almost an hour. We are a clinic and place large orders from them but reaching them is so hard almost impossible for a busy clinic, we don't have the time to wait on the phone for hours. if it wasn't for this I would give them 4 stars.
