Brick-Tie came at short notice to do the work at our house which involved replacing the wall ties and strengthening a lintel over one of the windows. All the staff were professional, courteous and efficient. The work was done to budget and I would definitely recommend them.

Bryan was great - he surveyed a house, explained things clearly, no jargon and was able to provide a useful way forward. Bryan came back out to survey the house without charge. The customer service was excellent.

Had a visit from Bryan today and what a great company. Happy for me to walk round with him and even showed me the condition of the wall ties. After having a company come and say they needed doing Bryan reassured me that it didn't need doing. Happy to have the come again.

After a leak in the dining room from the shower room above, I requested a survey from BRICK-TIE. I was concerned about stain on the part of timber affected by the leak and wanted reassurance before replacing the plaster. The survey was carried out by the boss himself Mr Bryan Hindle. I found Mr Hindle to be a very pleasant gentleman. He explained fully the reason for the staining and that there was no significant damage to the timber. He reassured me that no specialists treatment are required and that I can proceed to replace the defective parts of the ceiling. His survey findings and comments are backed up with a written Report, the cost of which I find to be very reasonable. Mr Hindle is very keen on CPD (Continuing Professional Development) for his company staff. As a health professional, I know the value of CPD and it is a fundamental requirement for a company in order to guarantee trust, quality, reliability and satisfaction of its service to users and customers. I can therefore without any hesitation highly recommend BRICK-TIE PRESERVATION.
