Dear Kevin, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I understand you have worked with us in the past and you are aware we have always gone above and beyond for you. At no point were the numbers promised the same day of approval, as you are aware, having done business with us in the past we typically run 5-7 business days after approval - but we were pushing your job to the top of the production schedule out of courtesy - again you did request after approval for the numbers to be done the same day, but they were not promised the same day, we did everything to try and accommodate you, but given that it was a multi layer job there was no way to rush it to be done in a matter of a few hours.

Went in and ordered boat registration #s and was told that I could possibly get the #s this week. I called Friday morning and was told that she would send the proof over and that I was next in-line for production and could pick up by end of the day. I proceeded to take my old #s off and then I receive and email that its going to be next week. As you can imagine Im not very happy about it. I think its important to not over promise and under deliver. Ive done lots of business here and expected more. If I would have know it was going to be next week I would have done something else. Now I have a boat I cant use this weekend with no registration #s
