I went in for change of eye site. My close up eye has gotten better since the surgery 6 months ago. I have been told since 2002 I have severe dry eye. I saw a new dr who said their was nothing chart. I have seen every Dr there and sent to Seattle. And there is nothing there. So she the new Dr gave me the same instructions I got 20 yrs ago. I asked why I was nor schedule with the Dr I nor.Lly see as I asked an appt with him. So Medicare and I are billed for a wasted visit and told to see regular Dr. Poor service on Dr and whomever made my appt
The doctors are overall pretty nice but everything else needs some serious improvement. If you have an Appt, know that youll be waiting a MINIMUM of 30 minutes (but most likely way more) past the time of your appt. Ive never, not one single time, had an Appt that was on time here. Its very frustrating. I guess you can operate like that when you have a lot of business but its very disappointing. I guarantee if I was 30 mins late showing up for my Appt they wouldnt see me.
Everyone was very friendly and yet professional. My doctor rausch was fabulous. I have been a patient of his for over 3 years now and would never consider changing plus the location is perfect as well. I would recommend the cascade eye and skin center to everyone.
I've been trying for two weeks to talk with someone about my records... I need surgery and need my past records.... I have left messages with the Records Department and still have no call back....no one in the entire place can help except Fonita....sure miss the personal touch ... definitely not here !!!!
