I used him for my son whom he said had an easy case. Once he lost the case he promised to have it sealed. Well, I reached out to him about it. And was told it's 350 and if I can't afford it get another attorney. Shady character at his finest. Do not waste your money.

Please do not hire this scammer. He presented a case that made no sense at. He focuses on only getting paid and prey on black and brown clients. Hes terrible and should have his license taken away. I wish I could give no stars

Tom Kenny literally abandoned my case, I hired him to do a pcra for me 2.5 years ago. At first everything was going well. However Tom made some extremely serious flaws during the hearing and the petition was dismissed. After Tom got the PCRA got dismissed he recommended we not appeal to the Superior Court instead recommending I file another pcra. Long story short I had to pay Tom another $1750 bringing the total to$5250, he never filed anything and left me dead in the water. I had to hire another attorney and spent another $3000. During the time he was supposed to be working on my case, I recived a letter in the mail from Tom saying that he couldn't keep working on my case. This is highly unprofessional and I found it offensive I couldn't even receive a phone call explaining the situation. Not to mention he recommended I waive my appeal, and lost my PCRA
