They are petty and literally call Jackson Urgent Care making them move cars out of their parking lot because it gets crowded and its supposedly bothering them. God forbid its COVID and flu season. I dont think its hurting their business or parking situation. If you are worrying about your parking lot that much and not the well being of other peoples health I have serious concerns for you and your sympathy and mindset for others.
We recently bought our first house and the electrical outlet for our dryer fried our timer. We purchased a refurbished electrical dryer from Jasons. A few days later, we found out our electrical outlet could not handle the electricity the dryer was pulling. Thankfully, we had a gas hookup and Jasons was willing to take the electric dryer back on exchange. The staff was very patient with us and had extensive knowledge on the appliances they sell. Amazing customer service!! (and thats coming from someone who works in customer service daily) We went back to purchase a new dishwasher from them. We couldnt beat their prices! We will continue to make purchases at Jasons and will recommend them to all of our friends.
I bought a older home that had sat empty for years. It inspected well, but all the appliances were at least thirty years old. It did not take long for daily use to cause them to show their age. First the dishwasher started leaking. The home warranty sent Jason. He knew the problem, but parts could not be found. I got a new dishwasher. Then the microwave over the range just died. Once again, Jason was sent to the rescue. When the guys from GE refused to install the new microwave because they measured wrong, Jason fixed that too.I'm just waiting on the next appliance to die then I will be contacting Jason again.
