Quite possibly one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I went to Spencers based off of the great reviews, but it was a complete waste of my time. The staff was rude and rushed me out of the store, and were in no way looking to help me buy the work boots that I saw on their website. I have no clue how theyre so highly rated for customer service.
