Very disappointed in my stay. Complained about noisy neighbors multiple times and each time we got a new staff member with no record of our previous complaint. When we informed the desk of our dissatisfaction at check out, they said that we should have complained during the week. We called the desk almost every day to report noise upstairs but apparently nobody kept a record of it and they said there was nothing they could do. Plumbing was noisy, pool didnt have enough chairs, repairs in condo were cheap and clumsily done. Will not be staying here again. Oh, and there were tons of silverfish and little bugs running around the apartment. I assume there is a problem with the foundation.
