I raised 500 and haven't been able to receive the funds. I would recommend collecting the money in your own bank account instead.

Extremely stressful experience, it took us months of worry and hassle get our money released back to us. I do not believe this business is operating legally.

Very tricky to get the money from them once you've fundraised. We raised 1000 through their page in January - it's now March and they still have the money! Avoid at all costs - they are either disorganised or dishonest - either way, getting the money from the company is proving extremely difficult!

Used it for 3 separate peoples leaving gifts. 3 times they were late putting money back in my account. I was hundreds of pounds out of pocket and had to chase them up for weeks to try and get it back.
