UPDATED REPLY: Ah yes- You are the girl who lives above us who wanted us to hold your deliveries/packages for you without asking us if that would be okay. You waltzed into our location and said you have a package on hold there and didnt even thank our employees for holding it for you. Then you just left a big note on your door the next day that read leave all UPS packages with Cary Lane. If you were kind, grateful, and asked if it would be okay to have us hold your packages for you we wouldnt have an issue, but your entitled attitude is lame. ORIGINAL REPLY: Were sure sorry you feel this way, but youre not giving us anything to go off of specifically. Definitely the first time weve ever heard of this happening. Obnoxious and rude are the furthest adjectives that would describe our employees. Typically its sweet, very helpful, and kind Wed like to correct the situation all around, but this is quite a shock and its unclear on what your motivation is. Your review is not very constructive.

An interesting sample sale store. Sometimes you can find good stuff, and sometimes the stuff is just weird. Worth checking out to see if you can find something good.

Love this place. You can find terrific deals on designer brands that are difficult to find here. I always seem to find something that I like. Loses a star for the low energy salespeople. Can't really blame them. They're working high volume retail clothing in a basement. But still, it puts a damper on an otherwise great experience.
