Daughter loves giraffes and we went mainly to see them but their habitat was closed for construction which wasnt stated beforehand. The surrounding area had a lot of closed attractions as well. We paid full admission fees for not a great experience. Even ketchup in the dining area was out. Nice walk in an expensive park kind of.

Loved it. Nice warm weather. Friendly scene. Landscape. View. Well kept animals is all there. I really like this zoo alot and im from san francisco. The park has so so soooo much potential for more animals . the city , the community and investors need to invest. Such beautiful peaceful place.

People who work at rides park are worst. Kids went there to have fun with different types of rides... however people work there choose to close the ride early while toddler just want another ride, and once we left to get on other rides, she reopen the gate for airplane rides for others just after 1 min... seriously? Is she being racist for a toddler kid or simply just don't care about parents and kids who went there on weekends for fun...and no manager or supervisor to correct wrongful behavior of the workers?? Unbelievable!!!! Disappointed!!! shame!!!...you can do better Oakland zoo people, if you really is a place for kids to enjoy.
