Very nice shirt but the hat showed up with my design way off to the right side. I had called prior to them making it to confirm it would be centered. I called back after they delivered and Mike hung up on me and didn't sound like he could help me out. Definitely take your business elsewhere

Darrell was courteous and quickly gave me a detailed quote over the phone for what we needed, including various shirt types and print options. The final price was below their competitors and we had our shirts within just a few days. Would do business with At Cost again for sure!

Our band needed shirts for a few upcoming events. We had called around to a few places and found it difficult to be able to speak with anyone and get the info we needed. Luckily we found At Cost Apparel and they went above and beyond. They were very helpful, EXTREMELY accommodating, polite, quick, responsive, and gave us a high quality product. They were also helpful in getting mockups and giving recommendations for quantities. We are now getting additional products from them and they are continuing to go above and beyond to get us what we need. It is also worth mentioning that At Cost Apparel was able to complete our order and deliver the product faster than we were able to even get a quote from another local company. Huge thank you and great appreciation from all of us at Vintage Overdrive!

Wendy, thank you for your review. I do take issue with several of your points however. #1 I was very apologetic, I said as much to you many times, and I continue to feel that way. We let you down and we know it. As I explained, it doesn't happen very often but others, outside of our control do make mistakes that impact our ability to meet deadlines. #2 You needed two different pieces of artwork created for your shirts and that added to the expense. #3 In an attempt to meet your needs you were offered two alternative colors of shirts that you could have had today and you were offered to have the shirts tomorrow which was the day you said you really needed them. #4 When we did not meet the 24 hour deadline, we offered you a full full refund which you accepted and have received.

I give this company zero stars. I ordered 2 simple T shirts with a days notice. They said they would have it done the next day. I spent an outrageous amount of $50 for 2 very simple T Shirts. I Seriously get a call the afternoon of the day they were supposed to have it done saying their shipment did not include the 2 T shirts so they would not make the deadline for the already outrageous amount for 2 T shirts. I paid up front. They call with just an explanation that it will be the next day. No apologies or even compensation offered for the inconvenience. Yes it was short notice for them, but they said they could do it and I was ok paying the outrageous amount because it was short notice. This is bad business that they didn't make the deadline with no apologies and no compensation offered. Seriously!
