I called today to make an order, I was asked if it was personal or did I have an account I was then tfr to music nothing said to say I was being tfr then cut off I called back and stated I was cut off it would be nice to be told i was being tfr she then tfr me again she was very rude I was cut off again I rang another 3 times to have phone picked up and put straight bk down I then spoke to a manager on which I was told she didn't think the phone was put down on me absolutely disgusting I'm fuming customer service is definitely very poor

I booked a delivery on a Friday to be delivered on the following Friday morning which was told should not be a problem. Waited till 11.30 am and decided to ring them and ask whats happening with the delivery only to be told its not on the waggon yet it will be delivered sometime this afternoon. I said the agreement was in the morning and if they couldnt do that you should have phoned and let me know but they werent really bothered there customer service is disappointing.
