Great store def last of real army navey stores but one thing I didn't care for were Pat's trade in prices I traded a product thought I was getting good deal till I went in the other day and saw the price he put on the item I traded him , it was about 3.5 times what he offered me in trade I kinda feel like I got a little bit of a raw deal . Yes company has to make money especially small town business but still feel the man could of given a better deal considering he gave $40 credit for an item he's now selling for $289.95 . But he does have a lot of resore nice products and I will probably go back again

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. I placed an order back on 8/31/16. I never received a shipping confirmation so on 9/8/16 I reached out and spoke to Carol. Who verified that one item had been discontinued. This was no problem. They were to continue shipping 2 pairs of boots. I specifically asked when they would ship. The answer was today (9/8) or tomorrow (9/9). Yesterday 9/12/16 I receive an email they are trying to get in touch. So, I call them. Carol answers the phone and wants to confirm my order AGAIN. The order still has not shipped. I told her that this is not acceptable and if they cannot ship them by the end of business yesterday to cancel my order. Last night (9/12) I receive and email that my order has been cancelled. I respond making sure it was cancelled because they cannot fill the shipment by the end of the day. Carol tells me that the order was ACCIDENTALLY cancelled on Sunday! How is this possible!! She calls this morning and is one of the rudest customer service reps I have EVER dealt with in all of my years of business. They should be ASHAMED that this is the way that their company is run. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I live in Binghamton ny 1 1/2 hour away. Needed a duffel bag for the next day. Drove faster than the speed limit. They close at 5:00 I was there at 4:45 they were closed. Called them to see if anyone was around no answer. Drove an hour to another store to pick one up. They called me two days later. I would not take the trip again. It's a nice drive, once is enough.
