Took down my negative review because after calling their complaint department they assisted me and assured me they would handle all my issues and they did. They guided me step by step & helped me figure out why I was misinformed about my insurance coverage. Giant miscommunication & I was very upset and emotional and they took great care of me after figuring out where the root of the problem was.
