Very disappointed in the customer service provided once you enter this establishment not once but TWICE. Having extensive experience with small businesses and customer services how one employee treats certain individuals- no matter the race, ethnicity nor age goes a long way, everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. I was very appalled at how the front desk supervisor was extremely rude and short to certain individuals specially coming from such company. I refuse to ever collaborative my business if you continue to keep such RUDE/IGNORANT/ARROGANT employees who represent your business. Being in 2019 you would think people would be more cautious on how condescending an employee treats certain minorities entering your establishment... I am extremely disappointed.
The work is great, the management is not so great! But I wouldn't score a location based on the status of one or two employees that continue to run others off.
