I first called Fridman Law Firm PLLC because I needed several contracts. I picked this firm over all other firms in the area. I spoke to TONS of Lawyers prior to contacting Neil Fridman and he was exceptional in understanding the needs of my business contracts. What I liked most about Fridman Law Firm PLLC was Neil's vast knowledge, especially to me a first time business owner. He spoke to me so that I could understand the legal terms and conditions. In the end, everything went very well. Some of my clients are lawyers and they were impressed with my contracts as it covered all aspects of my business. Now that weve received this outcome there's a feeling of confidence a "breath of fresh air". We feel very protected and ready to take on the world focusing on new business and Clients. I came to Fridman Law Firm PLLC because i needed help reviewing an investor document. I selected them to represent me because a fellow founder at the Columbia Startup Lab had a great experience with them and referred me. My favorite thing about working with Fridman was that always felt like they had my best interest at heart as opposed to trying to upsell services (something I experienced with other firms).
