This one star review is from a driver who was already given a short term medical card from another doctor 3 months ago and lied to me about a condition he was supposed to take care of before he would be eligible to drive. Sounds like he falsified federal documents again at the other examiners office. This is a federal offense. I was sympathetic to his situation but as a federal medical examiner I do not put my name on a certificate for someone that would be a safety hazard to drive. Ill take the one star review knowing that i did the right thing and even gave him his money back after spending a good amount of time with him.

This place sucks the owner/doctor is disrespectful and totally unhelpful not to mention belittling and unprofessional, making up stories to save face I got my 2 year medical card at a chiropractor office in pine hills the same day now that healthcare professional actually helped me find a viable legal solution to my problem instead of thesorry bud cant help you please leaveI got from this doctor with 29 years experience

Hello this is Dr Daniel Giaquinto, I am the only doctor at this office. We have 2 employees, myself and my secretary Donna only in the office and no husbands are in our office. As horrible of a situation that you may have had, I can assure you it wasnt at our office. Again there are no husbands at our office. We are located at 626 N Thornton Ave. near mills and 50. I would ask that you delete this incorrect review and I invite you to visit our office for your next DOT Physical where you will certainly have a better experience in our friendly, casual relaxed environment without any crazy husbands around. Read all our other reviews and you will see what you can expect from us. Thank you!

My experience here was poor. I went in for a DOT physical. All went well with the doctor but I had a few questions after in regards to my condition. The husband of the Dr. barged in on the conversation and proceeded to tell me that I can't talk to the doctor that way!? Not sure in what way or why he felt it necessary to get involved with a conversation between the doctor and myself. The room door was open while having a conversation with the doctor. This a HIPPA violation, last time I checked. I will never return to this office again. The prejudice is evident and I feel that none of this would have occurred if I were someone of another race. I will however be reporting this to the BBB, and the state of Florida, because not only were my rights violated but I was looked as a threat because of the color of my skin If I could give any less than 0 stars I would but verbally I'm Giving less than zero stars. Not telling you all who to go to, but please don't waste your time or money Going here, especially if your skin color is a little darker than the rest.

Very sorry to have disapponted you. We certainly are not looking to annoy drivers or try to have them not be compliant. Due to the Christmas Holidays we are closed this week. We also stress to drivers that we are not a walk in establishment. We work by appointment and that is how we are able to run on time and have drivers in and out effortlessly. Although I understand why drivers just want to walk in, no place on our website do we mention walk ins welcome. Please drivers be aware of this. We will accept a walk in when we are open and try to accommodate you as efficiently as possible. I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. I understand you being disappointed and your 1 star review. What I can do is hope that drivers will not be deterred from coming to see us because of this mishap over the holidays. I try to give myself and employees time with their families over the holidays. I should have taken the time to temporality change the listing on google but the hectic last week at work it got away from me. Office listed with Saturday hours opening at 8am. I arrived at 8 and the office is not open. I called and the recorded message does not mention Saturday office hours. I am sure this is a great place, you have awesome reviews, but your listing needs to be current and congruent with the rest of your businesss information. You do not realize the demands placed truck drivers, nor the challenges we have with trying to stay compliant. If you did your listing would be accurate.
