I consulted with firm and retained its services, However seems there was some volatile internal concerns at the time where just about all of the firms lawyers bailed and left the firm. As a result every client's legal proceedings where shifted and clients concerns were put on hold and or postponed. Alternative legal presentation was acquired by me as the firm did not have a legal team to represent me and others in court. I spoke to Desiree and expressed my concerns however was not given a option or answer to relief to want to continue with the firm. As per conversations with former staff attorneys, Desiree is not a person to work with well and very malicious and cheap, charges you for the dusty air you breath at the firm. To be honest , I didnt care, however I did care that my case is handled with the out most priority. But the firm failed miserably to retain me has a client due to their own actions and lack of concern for my case. Desiree claims to be worth 300 dollars an hour , however not true even on a Saturday night. Stay away from the firm they are not worth a star and one of the worst in Orlando area. Save your self the trouble , hire a top notch firm its worth it in the end, Don't settle for a firm that puts your case last on their to do list. Aperanly she was the best in 2015 but, her staff took over the business and new lawyers comes and goes as well as students that have so many personal problems. With regards to the filing fee, the firm sent the funds to you, however, during that time you have moved and the check was returned to the firm. All you need to do is contact the firm with your new address. As with all firms, occasionally turnover of employees occurs. This is not necessarily a bad thing as it ensures that firm standards are maintained. With regards to employees still continuing with their education, the Sanchez Law Group encourages employees to continually improve themselves. They are full time employees and their roles within the firm are always commensurate with their skill and education levels.
