disgracefully attempted to use my interest in a job move to contact my current employer to gain new business. Do you really want to use an agency that will tell your current employer you may leave?
Unhappy with the lack of professionalism, exactly what gives recruiters a bad name! I took another job instead of their role. The recruiter was probably unhappy because I did what's best for my career and not what's best for his commission. Was actually asked not to contact said person again, believe me I won't! I'm happy to provide written proof

I started at Energize a few weeks back and since my start date it is clear why I decided to join the company. The training is outstanding, very well structured and with clear objectives. Everybody in the company from director level through to consultants have been welcoming and willing to help you out! Would recommend to anyone looking to get in to the industry or someone looking at their next move
Not very energizing, at least their London branch. Good initial contact, promised to put me forward for the role and left me in the dark for 2 weeks until I reached out myself to check what was going on. "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought I've let you know by text that you weren't successful, but now I can see I didn't". That doesn't cut it, guys. Also, unable to pitch candidates properly to their clients and sell their relevant experience as an asset. Stay away, beware.
