Brand new bedroom set completely ruined. Explanation was it was left in the elevator and a neighbor mustve hit / moved it. My couch fabric is torn, tv stand chipping my apartment door has chips. The guy I spoke with on the phone offered no resolution , not even a discount , an apology nothing! It took a lot for me to do this review but I woke up with no bed to sleep on and a completely mutilated bedroom set that is less than a month old and no type of resolution I dont even think the company has any type of insurance. I paid because I wanted them to just leave before I got more upset and I still tried to be respectful while listening to the excuses and the advice to super glue my bed back. Im still in shock
