Samantha - great person. The rest need to look up "customer service" in the dictionary. Up to now the simple things like tune ups oil changes, no problem. But over the past 4 months I've had it in for a check engine light 3 separate times. The last one it was in the shop for over 5 weeks. Each time the cost went up. Almost $5K in all so far. Promises of return phone calls, agreements to help with payment arrangements all unkept and undone. My car was held hostage until I paid up. I've been told my car is complicated. Really? If you have alternatives, I strongly suggest doing so.
They're fantastic they take care of you immediately and they do the job right the first time every time and it's always fast but efficient and very reasonable*
