I have a local band and the deals they have to help is excellent. But, Troy got the brand of shirt wrong, the size of the graphic was smaller than I was lead to believe, and I was told that it wouldn't be printed with out my final say. The design team took it upon themselves to change my 'no' to a 'yes'. I was told I wouldn't be given a refund since they printed the shirts already. And because of that the shirts were grotesque. I absolutely hated the shirts and just gave them away. I will never use their service again.
I ordered about $800.00 worth of tshirts and hats through them. I spoke directly to the owner and my first impression was great. I picked up my shirts and was happy so i ordered hats from them. Well I went to pick those up a month later (when they told me 2 weeks) very poor communication. Well the hates looked terrible but they still wanted to charge me for something that looked horrible. Now it has been about 3 months since I have had everything and the shirts and the seems are already coming apart and looking terrible. I will NEVER use this place again!
Aladdin Graphics has done the vast majority of our crew shirts and uniform apparel. Their pricing is the best in town. There are no hidden fees and they use only quality shirts so they last longer. The applied graphics outlast the shirts (our crews are painters, carpenters and welders so the shirts go through some wear and tear. This is the type of business that cares for other businesses and gets us!
A big thank you to the hard working team at Aladdin! I had a small order for some custom t-shirts. Troy replicated the image I gave him, sent me a proof to approve, and his team had the shirts ready well before I expected. I am very pleased with the quality, cost and professionalism at Aladdin Graphics and am getting ready to submit another order very soon!
The owner is TERRRRRRIBLE!! I went into the store and gave every bit of information needed for my shirt order only to call back a few days later, due to not receiving a conformation email, and the order had never been placed. The owner insisted it was my fault and was being extremely rude about it and unhelpful. This is all strange because I had done a previous order with Aladdin and everything went fine as well as speaking with other staff, whom are all helpful. I am shocked at how an owner of a business can treat customers this way. Won't be long until he's out of business.
