Hi William, We are disappointed with your review. As per our email conversations, your stairs were installed back in March. Your main contractor decided that he would move ahead with the wood package on his own. After numerous emails, on a 2 day notice, we sent our team to install the balustrade system. At the end of the working day, you proceeded to aggressively try to stop the workers and lock them in until they finish, which you then followed up with legal threats. This was not acceptable. In ordinance with our contract with the main contractor, we still came back to finish the job, which has since been completed and the outstanding final payment still has not been made. Kind regards,

Dishonest people, never showed up on promised dates. The works done are low quality. Even over priced. Please avoid!
