Shoddy customer service, unprofessional in their attitude both service and sales staff. The kind of place you only go to when you absolutely have to (not because you choose to go there). They asked to be mentioned by name and asked for the Google review, so here goes. Vinesh Gondhalekar is particularly sloppy in how he deals with customers. Connor Squair is equally unprofessional when I tried to arrange a test drive for a new car.
I am disgusted with ridiculously expensive price of parts for minis. I needed one replacement wiper blade Halfords stocks all other brands apart from mini and bmw. Halfords charge 9 plus 3 to fit. Mini charged me 91.00. I will never buy another mini or bmw. My next car will be Japanese or uk brands. Return a year later. Service is no via the Mini service desk. Massive improvement. Mini staff are so efficient. Polite and get the job done. Matthew Cullen could learn from them, he has zero customer service skills.
The worst dealership I have ever had to deal with, completely unprofessional. Had to reject a car for a refund due to so many faults that werent resolved and left the car unsafe. The car was then taken from my driveway without permission by the delivery driver before payment had been cleared! Complained to management who are evidently part of the problem so have had to take it further with BMW UK
