Went in to get scrub tops and bottoms, needed embroidery done for the tops. Sales clerk told me it was taking around 1-1.5 weeks to get them done at the time, which was fine since they would be ready right before they were needed. I've called twice since then and it's always been 1-2 weeks more until they are ready, but they are at that department. It is now close to a month after purchase. If you need embroidery for any reason, choose a different company, as they will flat out lie to you to gain your business and then not care at all afterwards.
Hi Lady, thanks for your review! Unfortunately we are a retail store that provides embroidery as an added service, not an embroidery company. It is company policy that we do not accept external items, and has been for a long time. There are a few alterations and embroidery companies that specialize in outside work in Asheville, and a Stitch in Time is just two minutes down the road. We will gladly provide you with their contact information. Sorry we couldn't help you out!

Wont be ordering for our office here anymore. Employee came in to have something embroidered for office and was refused because she didn't purchase it there.
Horrible first experience. Ordered my daughters uniforms in July. Now Mid-August being told every item on my order is back ordered until late September. This was informed to me after calling Charleston location every day for a week without having my messages returned.
