We have our apartment listed by the South End Realty Group which we broke the lease off and still paying the rent until we find new tenants or until the lease term ends. They only posted the listing on one website so we had been trying our best to find the tenants on our own and sending them to the south end realty group to apply. In return, they had been telling the people we sent to rent some other units or some other places and saying bad thing about our listing. We would not know all these happening behind us if we had not known one of the applicants. It is very sad and enraging to know that they are not doing their job and trying to send the people that we have sent to them to some other units or places. Such a shame!

Some properties that SERG shows on their website as active listings are not in fact "active" listings. It appears they show old listings that may entice an inquiry from a prospective buyer. It's not exactly bait & switch, but that's certainly what it feels like.

Jacob at SERG was great. He made last minute accomedations on viewing time for the apartment we inquired about. He was knowledgeable about the area and the current market during this pandemic. He was responsive, diligent, and professional. He isnt trying to just sell you an apartment, he wants to make sure all the boxes are checked on what youre looking for. Although we decided that moving during this time wasnt in our best interest, I would surely contact him again if we are looking to move. Thanks Jacob!

We spoke with Tim about potential rental opportunities. He seemed friendly and gave us his card and asked us to email him. After a couple rounds of email inquiries and phone calls, he never responded. We ended up working with other options but all of them responded to our emails and phone calls. This type of behavior is not how to do business in South End.
