I spent over $1,000 on new text books for my daughter's nursing class that I am getting zero support for from F. A. Davis. I should have listened to my gut and bought them used on Amazon and bought the access codes on FA Davis. It would have been cheaper and left me with the same amount of customer support. The app gives a "how to" that runs in circles with the same explanations that do not work. The call center does not pick up the phone. And the email is an auto reply that offers a chat feature that will not assist with items already purchased. Absolute frustrating scam. How is this even possible??
