Bill, You were originally quoted $10 each "per screen" to recycle some computer monitors and televisions. This was an unfortunate misunderstanding, for while we charge $10 each for flatscreen and CRT computer monitors, we in fact charge $20 and up (depending on size) for CRT televisions. Cathode-Ray-Tube Televisions contain leaded glass, and are expensive to handle and properly recycle, that is why we charge the fees that we do. While we understand your displeasure at being misquoted, we would ask that you not accuse our employees of dishonesty. Jack

I called Earthworm found Earthworm about a month ago and I completed the registration form describing what electronics I had to recycle and requested pricing. I received an email back from Earthworm stating the price for each type of electronic equipment that I had and when I was ready just call them to ensure someone would be in the warehouse to receive them. Well, I called today and I told him I had contacted them before and I was bringing down the equipment and to reconfirm the price. The price this guy quoted me started at DOUBLE the price I got quoted in the email! When I told him that wasn't the price I was quoted he stated this is the price take it or leave it. I'll give my money to the city no telling what this company is really about. Honesty is not one of them. WOW!

Earthworm has made recycling in our office a breeze. They provided the bins. We call for a pickup when the bins are full and only pay when they pickup.
