Sent an email regarding an appointment still have not received a reply. On the phone waiting over 45 minutes and still holding. I know COVID is active but the staff are working, get with it business still needs to be done.

I ordered a special plate 20 days ago, it was written in the confirmation email that the plate will be ready within 14 business days and that I can go and get it from Harris County Main Office. It's been 20 days today, I went early with so much traffic, my wasted time is gone.The Harris County office's workers don't even know. I do not know if anyone made irresponsible, but I do not recommend buying any special plates. Payment for license plate is received in advance, but the service is unsuccessful.

Very very fast. Came in to renew late auto registration at 3pm on a Friday. Wait time was only 8 minutes and the numbers moved fast with over 10 counters open. Printing and processing me and my payment only took 2 minutes!!!! I was amazed, and prepared for a long wait. Really impressive for a government agency. Check in to get a ticket is fantastic. No waiting in a line standing up.
