Sad to leave a review like this but all experiences count. Ordered a fin almost two months ago. Was told it was in stock and would ship soon. Never arrived, never received info. Was then told it was delayed but would ship, this was a month ago. Called the shop 3 times, left messages and even emailed. Finally had to file a grievance with the bank regarding fraudulent charge due to lack of delivery. Only then did I get an email back from the shop saying they were sorry. Was pushed to this shop by some friends, probably won't be trying again.
Needed to replace a damaged single fin on my log so called them up to see if I could buy direct. They aren't open to the public (maybe a covid thing, I didn't ask) but asked me to text them a photo of my busted fin so that they could recommend a matching model. A few texts later and they are sending the fin I need in the color I want to a local shop later today. Who provides service like this?!?! I was floored. Can't technically review the fin yet, but RFC has been around since 1968, and you don't stay around that long without doing something right. 5 stars.
