These aren't factual statements. I told you guys 9:30 pm and you showed up at 8pm demanding your products. My reviews state the type of business we run. You liked the blazer that I completed for you. I can still complete the rest for you. There are no problems on this end. I also stated with thread breaks and embroidery you cannot put a definitive time on things but I would complete the job that night (overtime) so you can travel with them. I wish you all would have allowed the time. I still can still complete the job for you. All the best.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional business owner. Vulgar language and a pathological liar about getting job completed in a timely manner, especially after constant follow ups and making sure the job can meet the deadline. Stated that product was being worked on, when in fact the product never moved from the chair that it was dropped off and sat on. Made threats about shooting after requesting a refund and picking the items up after failure to complete the order. He also would not answer phone calls or respond to emails, and went to extreme measures of blocking the number and hanging up the phone in my face after only trying to get a timeline of when the job would be completed. After contacting the police, they stated this is not the first time that this situation has occurred they are building a file against him to have this business shut down, as it should. A customer should never feel threatened or harassed because of the failure to complete an order after receiving full payment for the services to be completed. I am extremely appalled and upset, I will be disputing this transaction to get a full refund and NEVER ever go to this place again.

Sorry you feel this way but I communicated about being available for pick up at 8 am before my flight. I completed the rush order for you in time. I waited for you to show up and you didn't so I caught my flight. Also I redigitized a corrupt file you gave to me and all your embroidered sweatpants were flawless with the newly digitized file. I copied the placement of your sample garment and replicated that though out your order. You showed me one slightly crooked logo in which really wasnt and I gave you a discount just to satisfy you. Sorry you feel this way. I did my best and quality work in time as well. Good luck.
