42 minutes on hold so far and having to call in for the third day in a row to figure out who dropped the ball on a transfer made for fuel that has not posted to my account. Very frustrating!!! This is not the first time this happens, I have had to speak to higher management so they could give me instructions on how to send wires and when I do everything I am supposed to do they still cant reference my account to post the funds. I have a couple drivers on standby for two days waiting on fuel funds and I am losing money because of them. I think speaking to a lawyer is most definitely in order. Worst customer service.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Giving this company 1 star is giving them too much credit. Wait time is utterly ridiculous. I've been dealing with an issue for 3 days now. Each time I call, I'm on hold a minimum of 50 minutes. I've held on for as long as 2 hours! Goodness forbid if you get a representative that is clueless. If you call and get a young man by the name of Justin, just hang up and call back. He is clueless on every level. I've spoken to him on different occasions and he talked me in circles each time. It became clear that he didn't know what he was talking about. Once I talked to another rep, they helped immediately and didn't even understand as to why he couldn't himself. If you ever need funds, DO NOT use the automated service to get an express code. They claim banks will cash am EFS check, however most will not. Wells Fargo, BB&T and even my local bank will not honor this check. Instead, have the money sent to your account. It'll take a day or so to clear your account, but it's worth the wait to save on the incompetence you'll have to deal with.
