Place looks like its rundown.. the cashiers listening to their cellphones and not helping the clients.. Sad to see a great store going down that path.

Hi Veronica, I'm sorry that you were disappointed with our embroidery. We have a process where we will not embroider your garments until you are 100% satisfied with a sewn sample of your design. If we can't do it in-house the way you prefer, we will send it to other embroiders until we find someone you are happy with. We have a full-time embroidery department and have embroidered, easily, several hundred thousand garments in the last 22 years. The staff was nice. Really like the quality of there merchandise. But I do not recommend using their embroidery shop. I had a few shirts done and the stitching was very small not of high-quality. Every hard to see.

Great customer service!!! Will be getting all my work essentials from there... 1 year later and this store has totally 180'd i went in for coveralls and boots last Sunday and when I went to the cashier they tried to up charge me on all my items $160 for $130 coveralls $95 for $85 boots and the cashier with a smug attitude says you didn't see this sign i printed that says we charge higher than msrp so it doesn't matter what the price is we basically charge what we want they'll never get my business again!!!!!!!
