I would give them zero stars if it were an option. They misrepresented the availability of a product online by saying it was in stock when it was backordered for up to a month. All other sites clearly communicate BEFORE you purchase that an item is backordered and provide an estimated delivery date. Home Perfect waited 4 days to inform me, and now my project will be impacted as i expected it in time for the work to begin. It felt deceitful and underhanded. In a world where consumers have nothing but options, and good service and communication is expected, it's amazing they're in business.

By far, the worst shopping experience -- EVER! Do your research, read the reviews. You'd be better off throwing your money in the garbage. I could write a novel explaining how frustrating it has been trying to return the PARTIAL product we received, but it would never end. They put a lot of time and effort making their "company" seem legit. Absolutely unbelievable. Save yourself the headache.

Great ordering experience! Purchased a new Americh custom built bathtub. Worked with a sales person to get all the custom options I wanted, and it was delivered to my home. Tub has been installed & is just beautiful! Definitely suggest Home Perfect.

a friend told me about the low prices, but to be honest I had some questions about my bath remodel so I was apprehensive. I called the sales line and christy was so helpful, and she even took off a few bucks for the large order. 5 stars.

Horrid experience that wasn't worth the "savings". No customer service AT ALL. Very greedy, rude & negative people. Will not do biz with them ever again.
