This organization employs a "shotgun marketing approach" where they just spam anyone & everyone until they generate some business. When their business development staff don't get a positive response they get upset. More importantly, they have more staff in "business development" roles than software engineering roles. I'm doubtful a technology company can deliver on client-projects or promises-made if they're working more on sales than client work. The majority of staff are in Bangalore so I'd strongly suspect this "office" is simply a shell game to appear North American.

Hello Crealto Team, My initial instinct that this was a spam, so I googled for the company name. This is a quite a shock for us as well. As a company we've strict policy on not to connect with any clients irrespective whether on portal or non-portal clients. We would like to connect the dots and know more about the issue on who contacted and if that person even is part of our agency. Talking or approaching clients of other agencies is not something that we have been accused of in last 12 years that we've been in business. We work with many agency clients like you and help them with white label work. We have been in the business for 12+ years and have been professional and ethical about our business practices. Finally, we took time to check internally before responding. In good faith I tried to reach you multiple times and waited for your response, but didn't hear back.

Unfortunately those guys contact clients behind our backs and do not check who the real contact is. They miss use platforms like upwork to get intel, but then try to contact clients outside the platforms and with that make a very unprofessional impression on everyone. Not sure what the goal of this practice is

We found Raj and his team very responsive to our requests, the work was done in a timely manner, to our satisfaction and accurately. I would highly recommend cmsMinds for projects like website maintenance, design, and other communications work.
