Poor service. Ordered business cards. Designed my card and placed the order. Payed for it. Also ordered next day delivery. After all this process they requested to approve my design through the email. !!!!!! Why? Why not to ask to approve the design during ordering process. Therefore my next day delivery never happened. I asked they all these questions in the email, but I was kindly ignored. If I could give less stars or minus stars for this service. I would.

I'm a professional graphic designer and have used this company a few times over the past year or so and have never had a bad experience. I'm always impressed with the quality of the printing and the paper stock combined with exceptionally keen pricing and great communication. And although they add on a delivery charge at checkout, they do use DPD, who are also excellent in what they do. Would thoroughly recommend.
Ordered 3000 leaflets, when delivered the print quality was extremely poor with all images dark and detail missing due to the shadowing, it was nothing like the proof submitted. When complaining I was offered a 15% discount from a reprint upgrading to 20% when I complained further. I will never use these again and recommend everyone avoid this company as they wont deliver what you submit.
