Scientologists only out for your money and to keep chaos in your office so you feel you always need them. In my opinion... They are masters at marketing themselves but will teach you 0 marketing skills for your own business. They will label any employees who ask questions and think for themselves as suppressive people even if they're your best and hardest working employees. They seem to know nothing about the healthcare fields in which they pretend to be experts. But they will gladly take 10s of thousands of dollars in return for nothing but a sense of false security. All while pushing scientology material. Avoid and do your own research in your field! Most consultants are just out for your money anyway but this company is the worst of the worst! And btw some of these 5 star reviews are from their own employees you can see it on their website...

We regret you were not able to absorb and apply what we teach. These very logical methods work, as our numerous successful clients would attest. They could have helped your own patients' reviews (an overall 2 stars rating on healthgrade.com). Not sure why you waited 12 years to post this review.

This was a terrible experience and a huge waste of money. I felt like I was being inducted into a cult. They pushed Scientology and tried to get money out of me. I could not even yawn or they said I didn't understand the material. I would not recommend working with Sterling Management.

Our practice has been using Sterling for over 15 years now. I highly recommend their business training products/services, applicant testing/hiring technology, management by statistics tech and consulting services. They are not cheap, but if you learn and implement - it works! We knew little about running a business in our early years, and Sterling has provided tools for having a solid foundation with workable skills for identifying conditions and working to continually improve and reach goals. Our team enjoys going to workshops and seminars. I've had Ahuda for my consultant for many years now, and I enjoy having someone have my back and always having solutions for every problem! We have grown from a single provider practice to multiple providers and $1M + practice. We've been able to hire quality staff and pay them well. We are reaching our personal goals in saving for retirement and enjoying travel and family time - which are very important to us.

We signed up with Sterling Management Group in Glendale in February 2018.Having been in business for 32 years you can imagine all we have tried and experienced We have been working hand in hand with our consultant Kathy Barnett and to make a long story short our states are on fire!!! The support and caring advise has been spot on. . Five stars hardly expresses their expertise.
