8 years in business never had a bad review. Originally you called to order 30 t-shirts, then you call back and order 13 shirts . I tried to explain to you that even though the t-shirt has a percentage of cotton in it, it is still a dry-fit t-shirt ask anyone in the industry. We print for the U.S. Army - Various Fire Departments - Nasa Swat - Lowes - for year's - and never had any issue's. I tried to replace the v-necks JUST TO PROVIDE YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE and you told me it was to late that you were at the end of the season (so the intent to fix the issue was initiated) you just never gave me a chance to fix the issue or provide you with NEW SHIRTS according to your time frame. ( If we had no regard for anyone's loss then why did we try to replace the shirts). We strive to meet the best expectations by offering a replacement on shirts according to issue presented. Also due to customization of the item there is no refund's or returns as listed on our website CLEARLY.

I contacted xpress printing for a team shirt order over $200. They did not meet expectations, nor did they offer a solution. They offered a fast turnaround which is why I ordered from them and I also mentioned I needed a rush on my order. Days later I emailed to get an update on my order and they said the shirts were not delivered on time, however I never received a notification of this delay. They charged for drifit shirts and printed some of our order on cotton. I ordered royal blue and they print some on a shirt that appears to be a light blue and some on royal blue. Please becareful when ordering from this "business". The quality is highly disappointing. And they do not have any regards for others loss.

My t-shirts were exactly what I wanted, the quality of the shirts were top notch, and the turnaround was FAST! I will definitely be a repeat customer :)
